I wanted to share one of my favorite tops today. Would you believe me if I told you that this top is actually a skirt? Yes a skirt that I layered on top of this bell sleeve pink top. This skirt is one of my favorites and I get so many compliments when I wear it. It’s so fun and funky but I think I love it better as a top! You be the judge which way do you like it better?
